Return Policy

All items purchased on www.threelittlebirdsxoxo.com will be final sale, unless your item is damaged or defective. If your item is damaged or defective please email threelittlebirdsxoxo@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please provide proof of damage within your email. Unfortunately, gift cards are not returnable. 

Our policy lasts 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we cant offer you store credit. 

Limited edition and final sale products are non returnable. 

Shipping costs are refundable. However, when purchasing your next purchase, shipping cost will not be included, as you already paid due to your previous item.

Processing Returns

Once we have received proof of damage, we will send an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received store credit yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your store credit is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your store credit, please contact us at threelittlebirdsxoxo@hotmail.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
